Medical-Legal Affairs

Medical-Legal Affairs produces the association's nationally recognized malpractice loss prevention education programs, coordinates activities related to the sponsored professional liability insurance program, and responds to queries of a general legal nature from members and other OMA divisions. This section of the OMA web site will present Malpractice Alerts from time to time.
